2 1/2 cups flour	1/2 cup Too Hot Mama's Chai Latte mix
1 1/2 cups brown sugar	1/2 cup honey
2 tsp. baking soda	1 stick + 1 TBS melted butter
3/4 tsp. salt	1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/4 cups water	3 eggs
1/2 cup milk	1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1 cup powdered sugar	1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 TBS Too Hot Mama's Chai Latte mix	1/3 cup milk - hot
